TACOM-21 is the optimal solution for all kinds of the command center, from mobile to fixed command centers, fully meeting the requirements of wired and wireless communications through fiber optic, copper, microwave, and satellite networks. The solution maximize the capacity of the command centers and remote units on the battlefield. All devices are redundant about
transmission lines and the power supply to ensure smooth safe, and reliable information even if one transmission line or a faulty power supply.
To ensure quick mobility and ready-to-use, the components of the TACOM-21 tactical communication integrated system are designed to be compact, rugged, easily connected, suitable for mounting on vehicles/ships, mobile cases as well as at the fixed command and control centers. The TACOM-21 system is design to be durable, optimized for operation in harsh environments such as vibration, high temperature and humidity.

The user interface of the TACOM-21 tactical communication integrated system is optimally designed with the function buttons could be customized to suit the user’s requirement, allowing the system to be easy to use with a few steps of instruction.

READINESS LEVEL
The system is designed to operate with the highest level of availability to provide service in all situations. All devices are designed with two independent AC/DC powers. The minimum network connection port on each device is 02 ports, while the TACOM-C device is 06 ports. This enables users to quickly establish a connection between six TACOM-Terminal devices and/or IP telephones with a TACOM-C device without the need for an external LAN switch.

READY TO EXPAND THE SYSTEM IN THE FUTURE
TACOM-21 tactical communication integrated system is developed based on an IP-based platform that allows scalability according to user needs. The system is also easy to develop new features for operations and system administrators in the future when necessary.

TACOM TACTICAL TERMINAL (TACOM-TER)
TACOM TACTICAL TERMINAL is a VoIP device, has an interface for the user to operate the system via high-resolution touch screen. The user interface layout can be adjusted according to the user’s configuration and requirements.
Designed to be compact, anti-vibration, and dustproof and has a full range of installation accessories for mounting on the vehicle or self-standing. Each Tactical Terminal is fully equipped with accessories such as headsets, handsets, and external speakers to connect with other components in the system.
Each Tactical Terminal support radio PTT, telephony, cross-connect, short-time recording, voice conference, internal voice communication, call queuing, user-based configuration on roles and tasks, query logs, and record all user activity history via function area is displayed on screen.
