REAR DOOR
The rear door is locked and unlocked, opened and closed hydraulically. A unlatch safety valve secures the rear door when raised against its accidental fall down, regarding to the German UVV safety regulations. In order to separate the waste water from the solid part of the debris, there is a large filter grid at the inside part of the rear door connected to the outside through a drain adapter and a drainage flexible pipe.
TRANSMISSION
Using four V-Belts, the suction fan is directly connected to the drive shaft of the auxiliary engine. Additionally, a hydraulic pump for the drive of the secondary functions, like brushes and hopper tipping system is driven over the same v-belts.
BODY
Emptying of the body is controlled over the switches on the control panel in the cab (open the rear door and tilting the hopper). Following the UVV standard prescriptions the closing of the rear door can only be made from the tail of the sweeper.
